I'd go with an EOTech as well.  The rectangular window is worlds better than the 30mm tube.  I think in another thread I suggested someone go with the M2 over an EOTech but that was only because he was using the optic as a truck gun where it is actually inconvenient to have to turn on your optic every time you go somewhere.  The infallibility of aimpoints is someone overblown (kinda like AKs can handle anything and ARs will lock up at the first sign of dirt).  If you are going for low-weight, it is hard to beat the T-1 but, in general, the pros of the EOTech far outweigh the inability to leave the optic on.

Interesting, it has a commercial radius forward of the latch, but otherwise looks like a military-style stock - never seen one quite like it before.

Ok, searched my brain and tracked it down.  It was pulled off my Troy T-22 chassis.  Yeah looks kinda funny now that you mention it.  It will not stay for long, I am just waiting for the right deal on a SOPMOD.

I had a similar stock in my rifle's early days; it was marked S&W.  I snagged it from a buddy who said he had no clue where it came from.
