I'm interested in the RIS, if it wasnt the later revision model I'd probably offer closer to your asking price.

I told him what it's worth today (as opposed to a year or 2 ago)

Guess he didn't believe me.

I'm working on an ACOG right now. Have the MRDS covered, but I can't find a hood anywhere.

I'm trying to trade my Block 2 upper for an optic, and I keep getting trade offers and replying. Then no response from the offers.

TA33G and SWFA 1-6x are the best ones so far. I'm really hoping for one of those to work out.

I'll get a couple of pics and post in a bit.

You can special order them from L3 through TNVC - but it took about three months or so to get.

It will work with the Docter on the ELCAN mount, though.

Old picture, maybe it's time for me to remove the VFG? I love the storage though. Looks like from the previous page I need to find an Ambi selector for this rifle too. My CQBR (Mk18mod1 whateveritscallednow) has one though.

Sweet setup but, I don't think the shroud will allow for the kill flash though. With mine , it's a pain ( tight fit ) to get the rubber cover on or off. I pretty much just tossed the protective rubber cover in the box since I was thinking it would just get torn up if I actually did try to use it.

I won't use the killflash anyway, I only operate recreationally

I want a shroud because it's more complete looking.

Clonelords.  I'm building my first block 2 and can't decide on a lower.  Unfortunately, my budget is tight on this one so I can't go nuts.  Currently looking at Aero, PSA, BCM, and Spikes.  Also, if I can find a complete LMT defender 2000 lower for a reasonable price, I'd consider that.

Thanks in advance.

ETA: since your budget is tight however, I would go with a complete PSA lower for the $129 or whatever they are right now.

PSA is very tempting because of the price.  However, I don't want to sacrifice quality by saving a few bucks.  Any thoughts on Spikes or Aero?

Check out McKay enterprises A2 lower deal. Danger Dan posted a link a page or 2 back

ETA: since your budget is tight however, I would go with a complete PSA lower for the $129 or whatever they are right now.

PSA is very tempting because of the price.  However, I don't want to sacrifice quality by saving a few bucks.  Any thoughts on Spikes or Aero?

I'm gonna be honest, I'm anti Spikes, so I'm biased against their stuff. Aero is top notch, but PSA is no slouch either. I have one of their lowers I'm waiting on a form 1 right now for my block 2 build. Same build uses a PSA upper and my block 2 cqbr rifle usues their premium BCG.

For the most part, a receiver is a receiver, with a few exceptions. The parts you use on the receiver are what you should be more concerned with for a build than the receiver. A well used saying is find a lower with a roll mark you like and go with it.
