I have a 1-4 Accupoint on my FSP Block II and it's a pig, haven't weighed it but it's a tad bit heavy. The razor would be worse weight wise.

Anyone have numbers or a comparison?  Like are we talking M4A1 with M203/M320 heavy or are we talking M249 heavy?  As weight can be an user dependent topic.

So what you are saying is you are trying to effectively double the page count of this thread by the end of the month.

Great video as usual and great looking Block II.

My ACOG is on my MK18 but every time I see one on a Block II I'm tempted to switch optics.  Also have a 553 and magnifier and Aimpoint laying around too if I ever get too bored.....

Thanks for the reply.  Looking at those weights it wouldn't be the worst thing that I ever carried, though not surprisingly it beats the M4A1 with M320 attached, at a little over 5 lbs for just the grenade launcher and then whatever the weapon weights .  Now trying to figure out which scope I may want to invest my money into, the Razor or a MK6.

I've not tried the MK6, but I will say on the Razor, the 1x magnification makes having an MRDS nearly pointless.  I was running an offset Eotech MRDS in a Knights 45* mount but never used the thing so took it off for that "weight savings yo".

ETA:  Although I'd assume a lighter scope paired with an offset MRDS would/could probably still be lighter.  If I want light weight I just throw my MK18 upper on the lower anyways.  This configuration is more of a Recce style upper.

This, I believe they have just been seen in the wild. I think there is a picture of one that the Marines were using. ETA: Was a VCog Also might be a pic of one on a MK18 I believe.  But as stated nothing official.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Vortex was giving some pretty good discounts to military guys so that might be why there are some pics of them in the wild.

So I was thinking about doing the DAGR block II clone used by seals but I cant decide between the 1-6 or 3-18, im just wondering if 1-6 is still kosher if I were to go with it, mainly because the longest place I have to shoot currently is 350 yards, but I know a guy that has a spot out to 7-800 yards.

Here's a contribution to the pic thread. Had a nice range day over the weekend. The ta-01 is going to get replaced Thursday and i should have the beginnings to a non fsp rifle as well (assuming USPS does its job). This cloning stuff is expensive! I've also got a rear sight coming for this rifle. If anyone see's something that needs to be changed let me know.

I got mine middle of last year for 325 ish. I haven't paid much attention to the fsp models now but I think it's about $400-$500. I think I remember seeing the $600 post on the EE, if I wasn't mistaken it was brand new even the hardware still in the bags.
