I just took the calibers and it's 1.16" which for me is great at 200 and all the dry firing practice is showing. Hello all. I"m just about finished with my MK12 Mod0 SPR build. The last part I was going to get is the A.R.M.S #40 Low Profile rear BUIS However I Have a 20" A4 AR-15 flatop rifle with a MaTech Mil-Spec Rear Back-up Iron Sight and I'm thinking of just taking that off my A4 and putting it on my SPR. This will SAVE me $129.00.

I don't think that buis will work with the swan sleeve on the mod 0. I may be wrong. I would wait and get the correct rear sight.

Well the MK12 is finally coming close, can't for the life of me remember which model number the Ergo grip is, if someone can remind me that would be great, that's the Ergo tactical grip on it now. I've a Vickers A2 Buttstock adapter on the rear, it fits tight and places the rear of the sling were I like it. I have a KAC sling mount for the front, so I'll run the Rifle only carbine sling if I decide to shoot any comps, the tas-1 umss just doesn't cut it. The Mk4 M# MR/T 3-9x36 leaves a lot to be desired compared to the optics I normally run, it was nose to charging handle as usual when I just shot it, the eye relief well there doesn't seem to be much. As for shooting groups, well its a little difficult with the MK4, its never really been my strong point and with the MK4 it seems to show. Still working on finishing my Braceman lower, that's an ongoing project and hopefully she will be close.

I've a 40 low rear as well, that may see the light of day more often that the standard 40. I'm going to have to adjust the rings slightly anyways, if I leave the standard height 40 on all the time. The second picture is a little exaggerated, heck I could go with low rings with the 40L.

So I couldn't decide between a mod 1 or a block 2 for my next project....Block 2 ended up winning bc I need a 14.5". But the basic rifle should be wrapped up in a couple weeks and hopefully KAC will have a run out on RAS rails and I can start a mod 1 upper.....pic thread.
And I finally got off my ass and got a TRR....its getting painted now so that should be on shortly

I have a question about the OPS collars: so I guess the long one is correct for the Mod H, is that also correct for the Mod 0?
