Hell yeah V11 FTW! I kinda wish I had gotten mine in tornado or FDE, but being impatient I got black because that's all the shop had in stock lol

Do you mean the MK12? Because I was looking at that one too. When I went in I was determined to go with either the V9 or MK12, then the guy was like check out this V11 - basically a V9 with a new and improved attachment system! I was sold when he pulled a V9 and a V11 and let me compare the weight.

My V11
I think I might prefer a standard rail, and might try trading the upper out for a V9.

Here is the toothy end of my bugout rig...and my shooting range rig...and my SHTF rig...OK OK! It's my only rig...for now.
I tried so hard to like the DD original stock but after back and forth, back and forth several times, I couldn't love it. The Roger's Super-Stoc has been my favorite stock for a long while now. It's a little lighter too. The DD grip is great IMO. I had always used a standard Ergo but after only a few range trips, the DD grip feels like home. I think the different angle of it allows me to pull the trigger back straighter and more parallel to the bore.
I rarely slap the scope and bipod on it but when I do, it is always dead-on zeroed. Oh yeah, and what you can't see is the Geissele SSA trigger(big fan) and the H2 buffer with a Sprinco "blue" enhanced chrome silicon action spring. Runs like a top with weakest of factory .223 up to hottest 5.56 milspec stuff even when it's not been cleaned for a while. It's always pretty well oiled though. It also has a BCM Gunfighter Mod4 installed and a Magpul RSA-QD on the top of the hanguard.

CCLJ03,
Doesn't your front sight interfere with your EOTECH?
Mine does, so I put the Aimpoint PRO back on until I remove the front sight.
Does anyone have any recommendations for removal of the front sight on a Colt 6721?
Thanks

For the gun that has almost everything, now it just needs CQD sling attachment points and a can.

ETA I forgot about a light too, but I'll stop now.

I actually sold off my CQD sling mounts and my VCAS Padded. Definitely would not buy the rear sling mount again, but could be persuaded to get another front. As far as the can, so tempted to pick up that Surefire RC for $799 from Arms Unlimited, but then between that and the $200 NFA tax, I could buy that XD mod 2 (9mm) and Umarex/Walther/HK MP5 SD .22 for the fam that I wanted.

Clearly the only option is buy all of the above.

What you gonna use for a rear sling mount tho? You could try an ASAP plate like I have on my Block II. I actually think it's a better end plate than the CQD I have on my CQBR, but the CQD looks cooler.

ASAP is also seen in the wild, BTW. I have multiple pics saved of it for proof.

M4v5.  Took it out and tried to sight it in.  Not horrible.  Trying to find a bullet weight it likes best.

10 shot group of 77gr Federal GMM.  I think I can tighten that up a bit if I work on it some more or shoot off a bag instead of bipod.

I bought a mil spec buttstock for my 300 blk sbr and it was working fine off the bench suppressed, but last week, while shooting unsuppressed standing, the buttstock collapsed after every shot and gave me a scope bite off my 1x6 vortex.  Put the can back on and it still collapsed just not as far (not fully collapsed)...

Found this thread while searching for causes and solutions...any thoughts or ideas
