Finally got to put a few rounds through my M4-2000 on my DDMk18 MilSpec+ yesterday at the end of a pistol training session. Only put two quick mags through it before we left the range, and I forgot to take my ear pro off, obviously.

That is the exact sight and light setup I plan on running on my MK18 when it gets out of NFA jail.

How east were the DD irons to adjust being that close together? I plan on running a Aimpoint PRO on a Larue LT150 on mine as well.

It's still not hearing safe with a silencer. The bullet breaks the sound barrier and will give a sharp crack. Keep the muffs on!

Affirm. Unless you're running subs don't think that running a can with 5.56 is gonna save your hearing.

I'm considering picking up my first AR; it would be this same model.

How do you like that muzzle device over the DD issued flash hider/comp?

The Lantac Dragon is much better at minimizing muzzle climb and recoil. I'm pretty sure the DD A2 is only a flash hider.

Just picked up my first AR style rifle last Tuesday!

DDM4V5

Had to have the stock pinned and a Super Comp Pro(?) muzzle break pinned to the barrel for NJ bullshit... I installed MBUS Pro's and ditched that forward grip after my first trip to the range in favor of an angled one. Hoping to get a RDS in the near future.

So far I'm loving the DDM4!!!

My new V11 - loving the SLiM Rail! The Bolt-Up System is probably strong enough to mount a big rig on it and it would take a million bucks worth of parts to fill up all this rail space. The midlength gas system feels awesome. It provides a nice clean pop. This is my third AR (well, technically my fifth but the third one I own now) and definitely the nicest one I've ever shot. An Aimpoint CompM4 will be going on this shortly. Thanks, DD!

It's the Odin Works low profile B1 handstop. Great hunk of aluminum. I was used to the Magpul AFG but wanted a keymod grip, so took a chance with this. Glad I did. Much tidier, half the footprint of the MAFG, and at least as comfortable. Rainer Arms has an intro thread on these in the New Products section. Highly recommended if you like an AFG.

Great little runner. The V11 has made me a believer in keymod. The rail is stout and weighs very damn little. Plus, DDM4. I was looking at the V12, but the LGS had this in the rack, and once I had my grubbies on it, I wasn't putting it back.
