Barrel cut down by ADCO, now waiting on the paperwork. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh126/bklynirish/DSCN1186.jpg Not quite sure what I am going to do with the Aimpoint mount, if anything. It's taken a decent beating, and hasn't failed me yet. Very nice. The correct mount for the Mod 0 clone is the Wilcox P/N 13600G01. Keeping an eye out for one. PRI is the same mount, but easier to find Brownells has them in stock. Wilcox MN There's at least one for sale in the old EE |

So, sounds like Anvil Arms is out for doing the Mk 18 engraving. Who else have y’all used to do your Mk 18 engraving?

I've noticed very little is written about barrel twist, granted the early barrels that were cut down M4's were 1-7 twist, is the 1-7 considered the norm in the MK18 or is 1-9 used also ?

As far as I know, 1:9 twist is not used in any M16 varient in the US Mil.
