Later the Upper on an M4A1 or rebuilt M16 lower is designated by the US Navy at the MK18Mod0 The CQB-R / MK18 Mod O is generally(but not always) 10/10.3/10.5 inch barrel KAC RIS or RAS KAC NT4 Suppressor Mount LMT Rear Sight or KAC 300m Flip Up Rear Sight LMT Sopmod stock CQD Rear sling mount CQD forward sling mount Optics are often an Aimpoint M2 or ACOG. Yada yada yada, will edit inore info later. Including some of the LMT 10.5 vs Colt 10.3 argument.
