No it's not right. There is a letter from the BATF floating around which describes the accepted procedures - there should be a link to in in the Legal Forum. Let's see If I can remember them all 4 equidistant spot welds 1100 degree silver solder Weld bead 1/2 the circumferance of the muzzle device. Blind pin with a weld over the end (the most popular option). Glue/Epoxy (to include JB weld) are not acceptable. |
