Really like FDE. What spray paint in matte matches FDE?

I think I'm at 8 or 9 brands of slightly different shades of FDE on this one so far.

A pretty dark FDE. The camera makes is look greener than it really is.

Thanks. It actually blends together pretty well, but it's just funny to think of how many different shades of FDE there really are. Just wait til I get a FDE suppressor and laser.

Well shizz...I happen to have an unmolested AAC-SD in my safe right now that I've been sitting on for about 2 years deciding what I want to do with it. I like yours.

ETA: I just looked up how much that stock costs...

It didn't cost nearly that much when I got it. It was a fairly new model and I got a .mil discount too.

I kinda want to try out the new stock from Magpul when it gets released as this thing is a tank.

ETA: and their mags too. $80/mag sucks ass

Thanks for the kind words. I've been considering holding off on paint. Kind of digging the 2 tone look. I have an Ops Inc 12th model with plans for an AEM5 dedicated to the mod H. Bipod will be along shortly and will most likely end up painting once all of the parts are in.

By dollar amount, it certainly counts, the vast majority is FDE.

By thread definition, no.  Thats OK though, lots of black ARs with FDE furniture in this thread.

Mine is Taupe so it technically doesn't count either.

That kind of genuine wear topped off with a Vortex RDS? I'm going with "poser-wear".

That's what I'm thinking, unless his Aimpoint died at the 85,000 round mark and this is all he had at the moment for the photo op. Muzzle break looks too new as well.
