Here are some close-ups of my Gen3 Noveske N6 16" Switch-block. I love this thing... Currently topped with a Trijicon 2.5-12.5x42 Accupoint in a Trijicon branded BoBro QD Mount. The Lancer L7 Mags are nice. It came with a 20 Rd. Magpul. Although in these photos, it is a 20 rounder with Federal Premium Gold Medal Match 175 grain Sierra MatchKings. I also have one of the 25-rounders. I've had some people asking about the weight. I don't have a good scale to weigh it on, and really am not good at judging. The action is as smooth as butter. I have fired it, but it was dark, so I wasnt able to get it sighted in yet, but I can say this rifle is incredibly smooth shooting. Recoil is extremely manageable. Much more so than any other 308 AR I have fired. Id say that the gas port is perfectly tuned. I have gone over this rifle with a fine tooth comb many times looking for imperfections. And I can say this, though it is at the top end of the spectrum for AR's price-wise, the quality is certainly commensurate with the cost. I expect the accuracy to be superb.

My favorite lowers ever made. Gotta be the Gen 2 forged versions though, not the Gen 3 billets.
Think I'll do another 300BO with this one, maybe a MK18 Mod 1 clone but with a 300BO barrel or a MRP CQB slick chassis. |

Anyone with a NSR mlok series willing to post a photo of their handguard with a measuring tape or ruler from the base towards the end? I'm looking to use one on a 9mm pistol build but will need to chop to 5.25"-5.5" in length. Would like to see if it's even an option before ordering one. Will post photos if it works out.

So 3 years ago I started this build to have a 2nd AR for my fiancee.... Then the reality of paying for our own wedding and honeymoon set in... Then sortly after Houston flooded and we lost both cars to it. Fast forward to now and its finally starting to come together and get wrapped up.

My 3 gun build is the smoothest, lightest recoiling, easiest to keep on target rifle I've ever shot.

Today I began my new upper assembly with the Noveske forged upper and URX2 10.75 picked up from five7guy. It will be getting either a NT-4 comp from the EE or my PWS-YHM QD Brake. Not decided as of yet but it also has a KAC Mod2 CH. I'm still pondering glass as well.

What color Cerakote is that, looks beautiful man. Is that a BCM grip? Thanks! It's actually just spray paint. The color code is RAL8000. Cerakote makes a finish in this color. Though, I don't know if it will be as close to the HK finish as the spray paint. The grip is a HK 416 grip: RAL8000 grip I wanted to put the RAL8000 HK stock on it too, but not for $200. I'll probably just end up spraying a sopmod. |

It's amazing that my phone pics rival that of my dslr at times. Those barrels and triggers from Deus Ex Machina are by far my favorite. The slide work on the G19 was done by J and L machining works and they really killed it. Of course the Gen 2 forged lowers are my favorite and thats an OG G rail to boot |
