LOL I keep trying to put an A1 with my recce and call it a Mod 1 short (to myself of course) and it just looks all wrong. A 16" barrel just needs an adjustable stock. It seems like. I like a fixed stock if I'm going to shoot groups though. It just works better for me. But it never lasts when I put it on there. Now on a Mod 0 or 1, I think it looks great. |

RRA upper and lower (when they were good), 1:7 middy match barrel, Troy MRF 9" rail, folding front sight gas block, and Magpul furniture. Still going strong after 10+ years. About to change the barrel out to a Ballistic Advantage Hanson and swap the quad rail to a KeyMod or similar slimmer system. Perfect setup. |

It looks like something is there. but not quite the same as a Block II FSB because the rail basically stops. Or something. What is that on the barrel? That is such a cool build, what I can see of it. Kind of strange too. Not something you see very much of. I don't think. |

That would be kind of cool. Although you'd have to put new foam in. Or just take it out completely. I'm bummed because I have one about half the size of that and my M4gery upper ALMOST fits, but doesn't. I need to cut it down to 10.3 and go Mk18 Mod0, just so it fits in my pelican case. LOL. |
