BCM was putting those on uppers back when Magpul introduced the AFG and BCM started doing 14.5 midlengths.

LT 12.0 rail, Denny's Guns/Global Tactical 16" mid-length Recon barrel (not made for a few years) with LT low-pro gas block and Vltor FH. Let me know if anything else.

All that is missing is a Harris bi-pod.
