Now that is the quintessential fucking Recce!!!

Technically it needs to be a carbine gas though but you get the gist...

Thank you.

The URX3 and URX2 Rifle length handguards with the integral front sights have enough clearance for the midlength gas system.  The size of the scope [Viper HS-T 6-24x50 MRAD VMR-1 SFP (VHS-4310)] is actually keeping me from finishing this gun, since I believe there is too much glass for a 16" barrel.

I also have a PRI gas block which looks very similar to the Knight's low profile block, and a rifle gas port location would look really good on this gun.  I don't know what barrel I am going to get but the setup really needs an 18-20" rifle gas barrel.

I picked that one up from the EE about 2 years ago and I remember when they were easily found.  Brownells had a closeout of that mount and I should've picked up a couple then.

Hindsight is 20/20.  I will buy every one of those PWS/YHMs that I can now.

Yes, that's a rousch muzzle break / comp. It works good but I decided to go with a strike industries J comp. I'll update the pics one of these days.

Arguably the best looking 'rattle can' job I have ever seen. Details on how you did it?

Bottom one is built using a nitride mid-gas barrel.

Top has a KAC "Mid"

Very nice and is very close to my latest I half put together. Did you get the upper and LPK on that sale they had about  month ago also? Mine is the middy pencil profile PSA upper also. I went with an Anderson lower and a PSA premium BCG though. Also I found a pretty good sale on a troy flip up rear battle sight. I have to agree about how light and how well it handles. It's a great shooter also!

Spike's Tactical mil-spec buffer assembly
Magpul MOE K2 grip

I have a 14.5" midlength that is my favorite.  It's a 1-7" that shoots 77g Sierra's very well. Couldn't be happier with it.

Thank you

The Silverado on the left was my first SR-15, and the middle gun is 80% Christmas Cheer Parts (lower/upper/LWURX), and the Silverado on the right was picked up in February of this year.

The far right gun got a new NT-4 comp installed today once my box arrived.

Thank you

Yeah it was an opportunity that took about 9 months to get together.  The lower came from a member here for a VERY good price considering it's pedigree and I had to trade rather fairly to pick up the upper and LWURX.  It's funny how the Cheer rifle came together with a stock legacy barrel and legacy gas block.  The NT-4 FH was another good find in the EE, and quite shortly thereafter getting it, I had ordered my taupe NT-4 (in NFA jail).

When I had an opportunity to visit my NT-4 for the first time, I was given the comp, and it went onto that rifle on the left.  The right one just needed it since I couldn't stand to not be able to at least have the same comp on the other gun.

It's bad I tell you.  Bad.

Which Accupoint is that? I've got almost exactly the same setup (TR-21R in SPR-E mount) for my "one rifle to do everything" gun. Freaking love it.

TR-24, it's fantastic and almost as fast as the T-1. I feel confident with each rifle and their minor differences play well into the roles I wanted them for.

The 2 Quentin Defense builds are using KAC E3 "midlength" gas barrels while the Noveske with the URX2 has a Brownells midgas barrel.
