Thinking of buying a Magpul M93B collapsible stock which weighs in at 17oz. I was wondering how much of a difference this would be. Now that I type this, the M4 type buffer & spring may be a tad lighter than the standard A2 also, hmmm. Can anybody calculate the difference I will have going from the A2 stock to the M93?

Thx for help,
HS

According to my postal scale, an A2 buttstock, buffer tube, buttplate, sling attchment, buffer, and spring weighs 1 pound, 9 ounces.

Or 708 grams.
