Per usps, my package was suppose to arrived the 21. When should I file a lost claim?

still dont have my item. yes i waited long enough, my order shipped out fast but slow as hell getting to me. it had delivery date on the 21st.

hey western, still no package, please reship. you sent a notice out really quick saying it was shipped, but now its clearly lost. tracking doesn't show it made it past texas since 23rd. either reship or i'll dispute the charge on my card.
sucks your not responding to this at all. |

I'm sorry that I just now saw this. I help Western Sport out by running ads and monitoring the industry forum here at AR15 and I flat out missed this. I know you have contacted the owner of Western Sport within the last 24 hours via email and he is working with USPS to figure out what is up with your package. I know he will make it right.
For future reference, if you have an issue with an order please call or email us. I have a day job and can't guarantee the fastest response if you post your issue here. I will try to do a better job of monitoring this industry forum in the future. Regards, Kevin |

Sorry your package is lost. The first we knew about was when you emailed us 16hrs ago. We are on top of it and will get it taken care of. Please email or call if something is wrong with an order. We don't always check this forum everyday. Thanks Colby Western Sport |

Regards, Kevin yall definately made it right, i know it wasn't your fault that package was lost, he overnited they handle to me just in time for my flight out. the item shipped out super quick, but who knows what happened to it in TX, but i know that i got it now thanks to fedex. i would buy again, just hope its a bigger item that wont get lost so easy. |
