I just wanted to make a public thank you to you (Cynthia) you are one of the good guys......well, girls!

I have had an order on back order for over a month now and Cynthia has really gone above and beyond to keep my order with this company.

I could not believe that she even looked into other vendors to find what I needed.

She came up dry as well. I will keep my order with them which may be for another month but I am not worried that I will get the "cold shoulder" from O.P.

Also this is my very first order from this company.
