ALG won't warranty their product if not purchased from an authorized but they don't have a list of authorized resellers?
(I'm aware of purchasing directly is an option but I was looking for a one-stop shop for my needs that time)
Recently took two identical rifles to the range to test. They both have ALG ACT triggers purchased from Joeboboutfitters.
One worked flawlessly while the other one was constantly experiencing light primer strikes.
Switched BCM BCG, same light primer strikes.
Switched complete uppers, same.
After further inspection, I noticed that the hammer spring of the "defective" ACT was noticeably softer, easy to push down and the impact/strike was softer than the other ACT.
I contacted ALG customer service and below is their response.

Good Morning Richard,
Thank you for contacting us. Every hammer uses the same hammer spring. Unfortunately Joe bob outfitters is not an authorized reseller with us and you’ll have to return it to them for an exchange.

I asked for a list of authorized resellers and below is their response.

Good Morning Richard,
Thank you for your interest in our products and contacting us. Yes, tier one is an authorized reseller with us. We do not have a list to send out but you can always purchase directly from our website as well.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
