Looking at the more expensive of the 2 pistol grips for the AR15. I've got a couple of builds in the planning stages and thought I'd test out a new product. Website says spring 2011...are they shipping now? If not, do you have any idea when I'm going to be able to get ahold one of these?

The grips should begin shipping within the next 2 weeks.

Are these like a rubber type like the Ergo grips or a hard plastic type like the Magpul grips?

I had initially hoped of doing some sort of product evaluation on the grip when putting together my build. The timeliness of the response and the product release convinced me to stay with Magpul. I hope your assaulters will release a review when they finally get their product, I'd be interested in reading it.

Finally received mine a few days ago. The fit and finish is exce;;ent BUT the color is off. Like WAY OFF!!! I ordered a FDE one and I got a very very light creme colored grip. I have contacted MFT via support email and am waiting a response.

We understand your dilemma and have heard a lot of complaints over the years about different manufactures colors not matching. Which is why we took painstaking efforts to ensure we matched the Milspec pantones, in the case of Flat Dark Earth we used pantone # 20270 SOCOM approved Flat Dark Earth also known as Urban Tan 478. If another manufacturers FDE parts do not match ours I would ask them which pantone # they used.

All of our products have a lifetime warranty. If you are not satisfied with the part, please contact us for a return number and we can issue a full refund.
