Anyone try different buffer weights in their BEAR?
With it being a piston and all, will an H or H2 cause reliability problems? |

No. We use H1 and H2 buffers on our automatic guns.

Thank you for the replies.
Assuming ADCOR isn't frequenting these forums much any more... |

I like to think I'm their unofficial PA guy sometimes with how much I promote the BEAR on this site and answer questions people have about it. Maybe ADCOR can give me a job when I'm done with the Army.
I'm willing to bet you a few people here have bought a BEAR after seeing mine and me answering any questions they had about the BEAR. Great rifle and I love mine. Too bad it's a PITA to bring personal owned firearms over to Germany and take a long ass time. Otherwise I would have it here with me. |

Yeah, know that feeling. I was there for 4 years (only signed up for 3 and got held over to testify at a court martial) and felt a little naked without my goodies. Nothing after 1898 IIRC can be brought over and storage requirements? Holy crap what a mess.
But I'm making up for lost time now lol and picking up all sorts of neat toys. |
