ADCOR has been getting somewhat of a bad rap on customer service and I just wanted to drop by and add some light at the end of the tunnel.
I ended up losing my gas block retaining pin not that long ago when I was doing a real thorough strip on my fighting carbine to give it a real good cleaning and start prepping it for storage. Somehow the pin or gas block was loose and it slipped out. I was unable to locate it after a good hour of searching. I got on the horn with them and was immediately connected to the VP of sales (if I remember correctly). I told Jerry my problem and he sent me an email which I emailed the next day. Told him what my issue was and sent him my mailing address. He gets back to me saying he will send 4 pins free of charge. He thanked me for my service as I emailed him through my .mil and I appreciated that. The next day I was very surprised when I checked my mail and found my package from ADCOR which had been to my surprise sent priority overnight. I was very pleased with the fast speedy response which allowed me to immediately service my carbine and get it back up to running order. Now I have 3 other pins in case I loose another one. Thanks ADCOR for helping me out as fast as you did and going out of your way in the process to satisfy me as well. +1 to ADCOR customer service |
