Interesting design-I like it. The polymer cover attached to the carrier seems like it could be a week point in a critical area but i am sure you have figured a way to secure it well. I would love to handle one some day!

Nice upgrades to the AR platform. I'll keep my eye on you guys and see where things go with your innovations. By the way, when will the piston uppers be available to the public and how much will they cost?

Nice innovations - love the connecting monolithic rail. Q's:
Does it take standard barrels & extensions?
For which length gas systems?

It does take standard barrels and extentions however, they require a flat spot cut on top of the barrel just above the chamber to allow the forward charging handle to move rearwards.

Are there any pictures of the modification required? Is it something I could handle at home with common tools, or something that I'd need a shop to do for me?

You would have to have a machine shop do the modification.

Hmm. As much as I like the upper, that's quite a restriction. Any chance of it changing in the future?

Also, any chance of losing the rear charging handle since it's redundant? Or maybe offering something to plug it up for shooting suppressed?

You will be hard pressed to find a better barrel than the one from FN Manufacturing available on the Elite model. We will have barrels available in 10.5, 12.5, 14.5, 16, 18, and 20.

The rear charging handle will stay. If you don't want it, you will have to figure out a way to plug it. Sorry, can't please everyone and too many like having the original.

I'd like to be able to swap in a .300BLK barrel. Do you offer any of those?

I like the redundancy of offering both charging handles, especially if employong a forward light or PEQ-2, etc.
