I don't know that they are used on any IDF AKs. The IDF makes very limited use of AKs (the Israeli SEALs use them) and they tend to prefer something like the VFR-AK. The polymer AK handguards are used in great numbers by many other militaries throughout Africa, the middle east, Asia, and Eastern Europe. It's possible some are used in the IDF and I don't know about it, but I have not heard of any such use.
