Placed three online orders on 4-12-12 with IWC, Botach and AIM. I knew botach would be the last to arrive. But wondered if AIM or IWC would be the fastest? It was my first order with both companies so I wasnt sure what to expect on shipping times.
IWC order arrived today. Less than 1-week from order placed to on my door step. I'm still waiting on AIM and Botach. You will be getting more of my business. |

IWC makes good gear and has EXCELLENT customer service and communication.

Super fast shipping with great customer service...can't beat IWC! Plus, the packaging is so intuitive. Kudos!

You know, my only order with Botach was for some Safariland 6004 drop holsters on sale for $25 I ordered like 8.. I was skeptical that they'd ever get to me in a timely manner because of all the negative feedback from here.. The order arrived within a week 100% correct no issues at all...

Every order's different. I ordered from Amazon, Botach, and IWC all on the same day (evening of July 1). I had Amazon and Botach in hand by the 3rd. I called today (5th) to to check on my IWC order and it has not yet shipped. Granted, there was the July 4th holiday in there, but the IWC website clearly says "Monday - Friday before 1100 Mountain Time usually ship the same day." That, plus the fact that the IWC website was SUPER slow when i placed the order, already has me starting out with a mediocre first impression.

You do know they're in Ft Collins Colorado which is close to the really nasty fires going on right now.....right?
That could affect their business and shipping timelines abit..... |

IWC's experienced a huge sales growth curve, amd we've added team members to meet the in increase in sales for our current & new products from both direct sales customers (you) and dealers (Bravo, DSG, Brownell's). This week, we've got these members on vacation, coupled with a high order rate, caused some delays beyond our shipping policy.
