I just e-mailed customer service the same question. One thing is certain....their customer service sucks. Unlike Bravo Company who gets ones order out in a timely fashion.
I know what you mean, I made several black Friday purchases and Troy is the only one I haven't received yet.
I refrained from posting anything about this because I'm new to the AR world and didn't want to be a jerk about it if this is normal. That being said, the lack of communication is pretty poor and will probably curtail any further purchases. There are just too many other businesses that offer a quality product to where I don't need to accept it. I've sent two emails and called several times. I did get to talk to a young lady answering phones that repeated; sales told her "product would ship in 1 to 2 weeks." I asked if that information was made available at the time of purchase, she was unsure? She then said I could talk to someone from sales. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up the phone b/c I knew how irritated I'd be by continuing the conversation so I have accepted my wait time and will remember this in the future.
Honestly, I'd cancel the order at this point if I could but their site says all sales are final so I assume from that I'm stuck.
Troy - I hope you are listening, this has not been a positive first experience.
