OK, so they've posted on arfcom on an unrelated topic, skipping over the pertinent one.
They've posted on facebook to advertise further the sale and add that it cannot be combined with other offers. They have failed to address people that have asked on facebook prior to, or after their post(s). So I'm losing hope they will honor it. I have screenshots of the deal starting with the front page of their website showing no fine print or even mention of coupons/stacking/other offers. From a legal standpoint it makes no difference that they post after the fact to say "AS ALWAYS... it can't be combined..." or they fact that they sent out some e-mail (I was not on their list).... I was not made aware of the anti-stacking rule until AFTER my order was placed. Per the terms and conditions it appears they can cancel orders for inadvertent pricing mistakes. At this point they've (likely) purposefully failed to answer anyone on here or facebook's questions, and only continued to advertise with the changed offer. I could see a pricing mistake if they posted a graphic stating "49.99" instead of "499.99", but their failure to address our clear and obvious posts about this and continue with business as usual coupled with the fact that they responded to a question about the site being down as "bad weather" show me that they are going to probably try and screw us over. If anyone's card is overcharged, I'd be happy to direct you to their Registered Agent's address (public record), and point you in the direction of a simple demand letter, as well as the BBB of MA. |

LOL @ delusional shit house lawyers in this thread.
It's a fucking mistake, pretty clearly a fucking mistake. this will be 50/50 event.
If they SHIP your order, you're good to go if you find out later your order was billed more than what was agreed upon. They will correct it w/ a phone call or you can go directly to your CC and dispute the charge. Either way, your money is safe and back in your pocket. keep in mind under their disclaimer they reserve the right to cancel your order due to pricing error. But my guess is that they have an excess of merchandise due to the fiasco a while back and are unloading the old inventory. If i had to lean one way or the other, i'm going to go with Troy shipping the orders WITHOUT the stacked coupon error first, and move on down the list of the orders with stacked coupons starting with the lowest amount lost due to the pricing error. cross your fingers! |

If they cancel, I'm fine.
If they honor, I'd be very impressed. If they charge more than I agreed to without asking, I'll be on the phone to the AG's office. It is possible to have thought multiple codes was OK. I've seen it before. Add to the fact that the AR market has bottomed out and Troy probably has tons of inventory lying around. I've seen a few sites allow the use of multiple codes. Newegg used to do it regularly. |

Once an order is placed, it should be fullfilled imo. Ive allowed those funds to be tied up and want the product.

Too much drama to deal with the CC company, and I can just pick up some PSA premium uppers later on at an even lower price. Given the way they did it, though, I won't be buying any Troy stuff.
