Troy Industries and its affiliated companies are strong supporters of the Second Amendment and will continue to promote this right through our products, statements, actions and affiliations. |

I cannot believe that so many people on Facebook (and even on here) are buying this apology...
Strong 2A supporters? And you hire a well known gun ban guy to a very senior position. I'm sorry, but the decision to hire the ex #1 guy from the second biggest PD in America was *NOT* made by a low level employee. This means either: 1. They are LYING about being strong 2A supporters (perhaps they are looking to move toward government work only in the way that Colt was heading a few years ago); or 2. INCOMPETENCE permeates the highest levels of the company. Either way, I'm done with TROY for good--and I have have bought a LOT of their stuff in the past. Still can't believe how many people are OK with the apology. They're not sorry about what they have done--they are sorry that they got CAUGHT. Also, don't buy the "separate companies" line that they will try to use. If they pull it, demand to know the extent common ownership. If it is substantial, that excuse will simply represent more lies and deception. |

The best part about Troy changing their mind and shit-canning this asshole is that ARFCOM single handedly fucked over his employment and livelihood because of his poor choices.

Troy, you really shit the bed on this.
I hope your business strategy for 2013 & beyond is SATURATED with .gov/JBT contracts, because the civilian market (you know, like Randy Weaver?), supporters of the 2nd and anyone related to these groups will be having NOTHING to do with you....and you can count me among your most vocal critics whenever the opportunity presents itself. Your bullshit press release is a transparent, legalese, CYA effort...and it's insulting you think that passes as some "correction". You do NOT support the 2nd...because if you truly did, you'd fucking close up your business before hiring the likes of that scumbag piece of shit excuse of a man. I have an mental image of the meeting "inking" the contract in the Troy conference room.
"Jody, we are excited about the possibilities and growth potential you bring to the table, we are happy to have you on board". (hand shake) I can't believe they thought this would fly, but I bet they were so blinded by the potential $$, this outcome wasn't even on their radar. Who's got a case of the Wednesday's? Come on Troy, announce that any and all divisions and subsidiary's have severed all ties with Jody and you screwed up. Then...and only then...can the healing process begin. |
