I went out and shot mine today. It did not really like most of the 75 grain ammo I shot through it, but the 77 grain ammo grouped beautifully and it did ok with 55 grain ammo. Overall 55 grain should work if I want to plink steel and pumpkins with the rifle, with 77 grain being used to shoot groups.
Ammo Used ranked from best to worst.
1.Flocci Exact 77 grain – 1-1.5 MOA
2.HPR Hyperclean – 75 grain – 2-2.5 MOA
3.Perfecta 55 grain 2.5-3 MOA
4.Hornady Steel Match 75 grain – all over the target
5.Prvi Partizan Match 75 grain – All over the target, even more so.
I fired 40 rounds of each ammunition type. At least 20 of which for each ammo type were slow fire 5 shot groups. The rifle was allowed to cool somewhat between ammo types.
Overall, I really enjoy the rifle, its light weight for a semi-auto precision rifle and balances well with a fixed A2 stock installed; I uninstalled the hideous collapsible stock as fast as I could.
The only functional thing I would say is that maybe the rifle should have come with a SSA-E Geissele trigger as the SSA felt a little heavy at times, so I may replace the trigger down the road. On the personal preferences side, it could have also come with an A2 stock and A2 pistol grip, or at least a pistol grip that didn't have the trigger guard built into it. Those would have been nice to have from the factory.
