Well Ive always loved KAC stuff, everything you guys have makes me drool. Unfortunately, being a high school kid dosent allow much money for firearms, so a $300 rail system was out of the question. I saw you had factory blems, so I picked one up. What should I expect? Are these heavily used? Any extra info or reviews from customers would be wonderful

You dont get the full RAS kit, just 3 panel covers. I bought a kac vfg off the ee for 10 bucks. Love it. |

I've got a couple of the seconds. One was a little purplish, the other had the left side numbers on the right side and vice versa; both of which I can live with.

The RAS-Seconds are only blemished rails. The blemishes are purely cosmetic that can range from a slightly purplish anodizing to the lasering being off center in the rib location marks or the side indicator lettering to be swapped with the opposite side. Mechanically these rails are to the exact same standard as the ones issues to the soldiers. So if you are looking for an inexpensive quality rail to mount on a gun that is going to be used and you're not worry about its looks then these are the rails for you. These come with three 11 rib black panels and the mounting hardware to put it on your gun right out of the box.

P&S are contractually bound only to sell to the Army, we gave the Army the TDP for it, and there is 100% no other sale options... |

Doe that mean that any P&S rail I come across for sale is most likely stolen army property? |
