Is the URX barrel nut reusable? Im planning on sending off my upper to ADCO to have some barrel work done and I seem to recall someone once saying you have to toss them every time there taken off.

All depends on who takes it off and how much care they use in doing so. I've had a few taken off and swapped around and my Gunsmith (new-arguy) was able to reuse the barrel nut each time.

Depends on the person taking it off (and how much loctite/torque was used installing it). If it was installed to spec and you have someone who knows what they're doing its reusable for sure.
