Have to say it has been a good while since I received customer service like this. Got a call letting me know an item I ordered as out of stock within hours of placing the order, once the item was switched (Color was the problem) the shipment was mailed out same day, and they even reduced the shipping cost (they are closer that I thought). Got the item the very next day exactly as ordered. Can't beat them if you are in CA and need to keep your gear legal.
