Nope - too little, too late.
I did contact you directly last week, both using email and phone. The email (using your online form on Wed. or Thur.) never received a response and the guy on the phone didn't seem very sure (he thought they would be mailed with the items) and couldn't direct me to any additional details online. I only posted here because I couldn't get a response from contacting you directly.
Would it have killed you to post some kind of basic information about the promotion online? How about something that shows up in the cart during checkout? Will the gift cards be emailed or sent with the products? Anything at all which would have indicated how it was supposed to work and offered some reassurance that it was an actual promotion and not just a website error.
Your customer service isn't what it used to be and I wasn't going to gamble on a couple hundred dollars in gift cards that I may or may not receive, so I spent my money elsewhere.
ETA: I just now received a response to my email from last week, literally as I posted this, and after the promotion expired. Apparently, the gift cards would have been emailed, which contradicts what I was told on the phone. It's a shame, as that would have been perfect. Well, at least someone took the time to respond, even if it was too late - thanks!
