So, I placed an order on Tuesday...just a couple small items. I selected the upgraded or expedited shipping option because it stated the estimated delivery date would be today (I only live 4 hours away). Perfect, I thought, because one of the items was an adjustable trigger and I could try it out at the range this weekend.
Well, I still have not received a shipment notification. I called customer service last night and they told me that my order hadn't even been picked yet. Probably Friday it will be picked and shipped is what I was told.
What's the point of upgrading the shipping if the retailer sits on the order and doesn't ship it out? I was expecting this part to arrive today, tomorrow at the latest.
Disappointing to say the least. Most companies have figured out same day or next day shipping.
