Order #1- ordered on the 23rd, shipped on the 27th. No upgrade shipping, now stuck in Tennessee at a UPS Mail Innovations hub, not scheduled for delivery until next week.
Order #2-Ordered on Monday the 26th-shipped same day, no upgrade in shipping, shipped straight USPS. Out for delivery today.
You what's funny? On the UPS website is says this-UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited
Lol..Expedited. My ideal of expedited and UPS's ideal of it, ain't exactly similar.
Why does Brownell's continue to force USP Mail Innovations on their customers, when it's clear that shipping straight USPS is faster?
Why does Browell's have a arbitrary system of shipping? What is it-shipping bins that sit side by side, marked UPS, Mail Innovations and USPS, then you just toss them and whatever bin they fall in that is how it goes?
Look...I'm not looking for my items to delivered in 2.3 nanoseconds, what I want is some consistency in the shipping system at Brownell's.
Oh and the elimination of Mail Innovations. If you did that, you would have 75% less complaints about shipping issues.
I have been a loyal customer since 1993, my Dad before that in the 80's. I spent my childhood laying on my bed looking through the big Brownell's catalog. You guys used to be great and is most cases still are. Some of the nicest order taking ladies in the biz.
But you guys gotta get this all over the place shipping times and options sorted out.
