I saw this pop up in subscribed threads at work today. I didnt have the Order number with me and posting from my phone is a PITA so I figured Id wait to Im you tonight.
Well the thing that stuck in my craw was the number of threads like mine on page one. So I w just scrolled through a number of random industry partner forums to see the amount of
typical unhappy gun guy negative feedback threads. Bravo Company (didnt see any), DelTon (I saw one with a reply of
a direct name and number of a person to call to fix the problem), J&T (again one- wrong part shipped out, correct part priority out next day with apology), Larue (didnt see any), SWFA (few praise threads, no complaints)...
And then there is you. Im still kinda stunned. Brownells has always been like a gun part institution in my mind. To see as many negative/CS based threads as I saw in here actually made me
I dont need any CS now, as there is nothing I desire from you. I got my refund check yesterday, we are as good as we are going to get.
Again, I really really hope you guys fix your issues. Again, that many complaints on page one of this forum is indicative of a systemic issue.
