I am a "edge member" and Brownells has retroactively charged me shipping! I have had a dealer account with brownells for over 16 year, I have been a loyal customer. Lately their processing and shipping times have been slow, but I have stuck with them. This just puts me over the edge. I am tempted not to be a customer anymore. Make sure you guys check your credit card statement if your a edge member, this is the only way I caught it. When I called them they had no idea how this happened, no sorry, nothing. I asked them to credit me the shipping, got placed on hold for awhile. After she came back she said it should be credited back to me. I asked for a email once the credit is placed on my card, she got upset and said they don't do that. I asked to speak to someone who can do that, she placed me on hold again. After awhile, she said someone would email me. I am about done with this brownells. You are about to loose a customer over all these problems. Fix your processing and shipping times, also work on your customer service!
