I have a slight Rant, the EDGE program blows. I've been enrolled in it for over a month and every time I make an order, they charge for shipping and then you have to call to get the fee backed out. Now, they realize they charge for shipping and they back it out for you automatically but only after they charge you. This makes accouting for charges a nightmare because it takes them about 4 weeks to process a return. Seriously, you need to fix this program.
Oh... and what happened to the promises of EDGE member exclusive deals? [INSERT CRICKET SOUND HERE]
The only advantage of the EDGE program is that you get free shipping if you order a bunch of small parts that they normally charge $8 to ship, but to me they need to fix the fact they charge $8 for a $2.55 spring.
