Ordered a Surefire ProComp brake which at the time of the order said in stock. So I ordered it and no word from Brownells as to shipping. Checked my account and it said "processing". Called yesterday, CS gal said it would be shipping out that day. This AM I check my emails and account, nothing. I call again, CS stated it is in fact in stock but "un pickable", WTH??? CS blaming it on their move. Really??? They have been moving since September!
The CS supervisor said the order is too far along to cancel so I'm stuck waiting for a stock guy to get in gear and get the part off the shelf. No notice on their site about delays. Xmas rush has not started. Who do you light a fire under to go and get the part off the shelf and throw it in a shipping box? Honestly this is BS on an in stock item.
I guess add this to the growing list of complaints.
