Where is it or what happened to the discounts? I setup an account with Brownells last year and sent my certifications for a trade discount. Wanted to order a Brownells/Sinclair product after I logged into my account on Friday and there was no change in price. Not only for that particular product, but I couldn't find a discount on hardly anything(Magpul was about it). Disappointed? - To say the least. Just to be clear, I have been eyeballing several products from Brownells/Sinclair for the past few months and the products that wear their name have always been discounted after logging in, including the items I wanted to order. I called Brownells this morning and spoke with their CS/Ordering folks and the lady on the phone asked for my information. I gave it to her and she informed me I have two accounts. I informed her that I never setup two accounts and provided my login info. She checked it and stated I was on the trade discount. I asked, why wasn't the items showing a discount then. I gave her a item number and she informed me, there isn't a discount on that item. I told her, every time I logged in, in the past, it has shown a discount.(It showed a discount on 8/29/14, date of my last order) I didn't receive a response from her, literally. No explanation at all as to why items that were discounted, are no longer discounted. Not saying the Brownells Rep was rude but it must be very "cold" in Iowa. I thanked her for her time and ended the conversation.
Anyone else notice a change in items that went from discounted, to no discount?
