I sent Racheal a couple of my BDM mags because of feedlip failure.
She sent me 2 new X-form mags at no charge! What a great company to deal with! This experience has made me take a look at my customer service procedures here at my own bussiness! Once again Thx....... John! |

BDM has always come through with great customer care... One fine company
