I have to take a minute to give a shout out to the whole Primary Arms staff and their customer service.
I bought a Gen 2 1-6 ACSS at the beginning of February from Optics Planet. I didn't get a chance to mount and shoot it until the beginning of March. On my first trip out I noticed that while I was shooting with the illumination turned off, sometimes I'd fire and the reticle would flicker. Two separate times the illumination turned on and was stuck on despite the knob being set to "0". I emailed Primary Arms about it, and they said I could start the return process whenever I wanted. I wanted to give it another outing but later noticed that just dropping the bolt forward was enough to cause a flicker.
I emailed them last Friday morning about it and had an RMA # and paid 2 day USPS label in less than a half hour. Took it to the post office right away and got it out that morning, and somehow USPS pulled through and got it to PA Monday morning. Today I received an email that they had replaced it and sent me a new one USPS 2 day.
Everyone that I talked to got back to me quickly and professionally, answered all my questions along the way, and I'm really happy to see that PA has great customer service to back up their great products.
