Had issues loading the page. Too many redirects was the issue I got. Finally loaded and first impression is that I love it. Much easier to navigate. Have not tried to log into my account yet but it looks GREAT!

I just finished browsing the new website. I am on a mobile device. So, I can't speak for what the desktop version looks like. But, honestly, it seemed to take longer to find the product I was looking for than it did previously. Instead of seeing an entire page of products in a grid type format, you have to scroll down through each product in the category until you find what you are looking for. I tried to use my mobile device's "request desktop site" function, but it just simply reloaded the same format. I guess I am going to be the minority, but I preferred the old site.

Know you'll be tweaking the site for a while...
When your under the hood... Under gas blocks Refine Your Search > Type > add adjustable > also add size > .936 - .875 - .750 - .625 Would really help (save time) looking for the size someone was hunting for. Could do something similar w/ muzzle devices, but add a choice for TPI. HTH |

Can't log into my account. I tried to reset my password as the email suggested. I get "error occured processing the account information update".
Also if you're on mobile, there is no option to sign in to your account. |

I like the new site. I used to zoom in on my tablet to make sure I clicked the right section. The visuals are clean and the products look more appealing.
The compare option is a nice addition, I didn't try to reset pw yet but for what it's worth I like it. I refuse to shop on some websites because they make me work extra hard to find shit. I was able to find the items I'll be hawking during black Friday very fast. Plus the site loads faster now for me which can be an issue on my tablet. The drop down menus for a more selective option for mounts is much better. Will be easier for new people to locate what they want. Give it time people jeez everything has a process. On another note when did you guys start making PA stickers? Got my first one from a crappy utg mount. Added to my ammo can |

I came here to start a thread on this.
Who makes these decisions? Someone who has to justify their paycheck? Come up with a solution in search of a problem? There was nothing wrong with the old site. The new layout on the site, when I'm in my phone, sucks. When I search for a product and it shows up I shouldn't have to click on see more info to add it to my cart. Extra step that is not needed. And why can't I log in? Why can't I reset my password? WHY CANT I TAP THE PLACE ORDER BUTTON?!!!! The people who did the coding are amateurs. And yes, I was in the field. This is why otherwise PERFECT companies lose customers. You just lost $100 this morning. |

And it's the same as the phone! When you search and the products show up I shouldn't have to click on it, and have it open up to add it to my cart! It should have an add to cart option from the search results! I don't need more info, I know it's what I want. Oh, and what a cluster F checkout is. Filled out my information and card info, card got declined. Fraud something or other. Had to call bank. I won't blame PA for that because I've never had issues but still odd. Just to be clear, I don't think any fraud is going on. Bug In new code? Maybe. Probably coincidence. Wouldn't be an issue except for some reason the ship address is same as billing checkbox got unchecked. How, I don't know. So I click it and re pick my shipping. Oops! That reset all the fields! not getting any order history either, you should consider adding an "add to cart" button as perviously stated, no reason to have to click on an item to see more info to be able to add it to cart

It looks OK, but it is a little "cartoon like"...the old site was a bit more...I can't describe it, workshop-like?
I do hope the change fixes any bugs or problems you may have had on your side of it, but it really wasn't needed on the customer side of things...never had an issue finding or purchasing anything previously. Have not tried it on mobile yet, not sure I want to for a while. I think I'll wait until you get some more bugs worked out. BTW, will you have your product manuals available for download eventually (PA scopes, etc)? I didn't see the links anywhere. |

I will add that to the list. Keep the suggestions coming. One of the reasons we make the switch is this platform is much more flexible. Mobile is fullt functional. Please give it a try! |

I received the sale e-mail. If I click a link in the e-mail I am forwarded to the clearance/sale section. However, if I open a new page, I don't see a link on it to any sales items. Am I just blind or is there a way to get there from the site directly?

Can someone tell me how to access the "wish list"? I cannot seem to find anything about it. By the way, I am on a mobile device. I had a lot of items in my wish list that I had spent much time on researching and deciding between options. I hope that you can recover this information. It would be impossible for me to remember everything that was on my list if I had to start over.
As far as continuing "constructive criticism"... while I was browsing the latest sale items, I had to scroll though 9 pages of ammunition that I was not interested in just to find out that there wasn't any of the usual equipment on sale. Previously, I could have simply looked at an entire page of sale items in an instant. |

Just ran into a minor glitch, couldn't complete a checkout on an iPad as I couldn't click the "Update shipping" button. Had to go over to a desktop to finally snag a 1-6x ACSS .300BO scope. Completely unacceptable after waiting almost three whole minutes for the password reset e-mail!

Love PA but not digging the new layout. Overly complicated and it's a total task to browse the site on my android. The old layout was very simple and intuitive to browse and checkout.
I'll probably stick to buying PA stuff off their Amazon store. |

I actually like the website. Everything changes and it will take some getting used to, but I think it is nice. There are growing pains involved with such a big change as this and I am sure Primary Arms will get everything ironed out.

I'm also having trouble finding the wish list. I can add items too it, but there is no link to pull it up. I can only see it by adding an item to the list.

I don't know the reasons for the change. I am sure that it was necessary for some reason. But I really wish we could go back to the old website. I am sorry. But this is my opinion.

I really hate the new website. I think I've been on the PA website buying something for the last 6-7 years and I may have to start to look elsewhere. I loved how the old site showed everything on one page. So easy to find stuff and see what was on sale. It is so hard to navigate and the buttons aren't touch sensitive so I couldn't use the side panels on my iphone6. I also couldn't find any PA rails and I wanted to purchase one tonight. Your name isn't listed under rail manuf and they aren't under seekins either.
I'm sure I'll keep shopping with you guys but this is a real step back imo. I'll defiantly not browse the site anymore. It is just too hard to navigate. Give me simple and easy any day over cumbersome and pretty. |

Yea I'm not a fan of the new website either. I'll still be a loyal customer but the old site was just SO EASY to use. The categories were clear and you could see every part on one page. Just my 2 cents but if you switch back I won't be disappointed.

The only thing I REALLY don't like is that when you look at the sale page you have to scroll through endless pages of scope covers. The old website listed the things that were on sale at the top and you could click on the category and see only those items.

I do not like the new website. It seems excessively complicated. Comparing the two, I prefer your old site. I will say the ability to view similar products from multiple manufacturers side by side is a nice addition.
This is not meant to be a criticism of PA service or products, I have and will continue to be a customer, but I don't like the new site. Maybe I'm just having a "Get off my lawn!" moment. |

The banner doesn't respond to clicks, I resubscribed to the emails, checked the FB page, and unless I'm missing some glaringly obvious button (wouldn't be the first time ), there's nothing else anywhere on the home page... |
