I just purchased two PA416x scopes second hand off the EE and I am wondering if this is normal, or not:
Not a great pic and this is with the illumination up to demonstrate, but it can be seen just by looking through the scope in regular light. There are little spots all over the inside of the front lens. I wiped the outsides of both lenses with a lens cloth to no avail. Both scopes demonstrate this phenomenon, so I am wondering if this is normal or there is something defective here that the seller should have disclosed? Also, maybe it's me but I don't think the reticles are square to the turrets. This is my first experience with Primary Arms scopes, so I don't know what to expect. All of the reviews of this product that I read were good and none mentioned either condition so it's making me wonder. Thanks!
