Wanted to give some thanks to the folks at Primary Arms, in particular their customer rep, Phil C. Had an issue with a part I ordered from them about 2 weeks ago and just got around to installing, and emailed about it Tuesday night via their website "contact us" form. They called me about 10 minutes after I submitted the message and were taking steps to correct the problem. I had a range trip planned (the nearest long distance range is about 2 hours away from me) that was pretty much hinged on the stuff I ordered from them. Long story short, they've gotten me a replacement part out, I have it in hand already today, and will be able to still use the range trip for it's original purpose of sighting in and playing with my new long distance rifle.
We often hear a ton about vendors with crappy service, I just wanted to thank the folks at PA for what I think was exemplary service. They went above and beyond on this, in my opinion. So, many thanks from me, PA... looking forward to ordering more from you.
