Marsh, do you know the subtensions for the reticle?

Also, has anyone run one of these on an M1A? I know these have been tested on up to a .450 Marlin, but the M1A's weird recoil impluse is notorious for destroying scopes that do just fine on much harder-recoiling bolt guns. Shit, the folks at Leatherwood said their CMR was tested on up to .50 BMG... and sure enough, after about 100 rounds on my M1A, the reticle was moving in the housing and there was debris inside the tube. It's getting sent back, and I am looking for a replacement. I want to make sure whatever I get is good to go... it will be getting used in the Pecos Run n' Gun, and possibly to kill some deer and hogs.

You'll like it.

I want a cat tail too. Does anyone know of one that will work on the PA 1-4?

Thanks, good to know! Mine is going on a 15-22 also... Unfortunately I don't have any beautiful property like yours to use it on, but I'll find some rabbits or something to blow up when it cools down a little here!

Just got it today, couldn't wait to get it out and play with it. It's a little heavier than my typical liking, and the eyebox is a bit sensitive to cheek placement, but I'm really amazed at just how good the glass is, and I love the reticle. Illumination, of course, isn't daylight visible, but it produces a nice crisp dot in the dark, with no obnoxious glare off the inside of the tube like most optics in this price range. I found the eye relief very adequate, although I run NTCH. The standard mount is nice too, very solid. The self-locking hardware for the rail bolt was a nice touch. For $20, it is an insanely robust feeling mount. I'm very satisfied so far, for the price this combo is an unbelievable bargain.

Still waiting on a few more parts to finish this build, and I got my check sent off for an SWR Warlock II, but it'll be next year before I get to play with it .

I had my heart set on a 3x Compact, but after a lot of research, I'm going to try the 1-4x variable. I hope it's going to be a good compromise between an RDS and something that will get me a little more distance.

Will this optic handle the recoil of my AR10? I love PA optics and trust Marshall and PA to the fullest, but wanted to be sure.l before I pulled the trigger. Has anyone put lots of. 308+ through this optic yet?

Thanks.

You can't cowitness with a magnifier optic. The MBUS can stay in place but the rear will be down under the scope. Do you shoot with your nose close to the charging handle. That will determine what mount you need.

Deluxe extended mount. Use the drop down menu on the scope page and the mount is discounted.

i am about to buy one of these scopes, but would like to see some pictures through the scope with a standard A2 front sight post. If you have them, can you state what mount and what power they were taken at?

I have seen numerous comments ranging from the sight cant be seen at higher magnifications to you cant see it above 2x to you can barely see it at all powers. As with anything else, peoples opinions vary greatly so i would like to see some pictures to form my own opinion.

Thanks in advance.
