Primary Arms has the fastest shipping I've ever dealt with, just put in an order with them Tuesday afternoon, recieved my order this morning, don't kbnow how they do it, but . I've ordered form them 5 times in the past 2 years, recieved every one of them in two days. The last purchase was the M4/GSG-5 combo for my son's GSG-5, I like the set up as much as my son does. The optic is clear, was easy to zero, the mount is solid, in my son's opnion, just plain awesome. Thanks to Marshall and company for the great products, and the excellent service.

I had a great experience with PA. Fortunately for me their warehouse is only about 20-30 min away from my place so I was able to g o and check out their scopes before buying. I've never had a scoped gun before so I wasn't really sure what magnification I needed for my purpose ( mainly shooting paper, and hogs on my parents property) nothing over 200 yards. I went with the intention of buying the 3-9x40 but after talking to the salesman (sorry I'm horrible with names) and looking through the different scopes in the PA line the 1-4x24 was the best fit. I was also able to get a great deal on a demo mount that is in perfect shape.
I was able to try the scope out the next day at the property, and was able to get a rough zero. Unfortunately there weren't any hogs out so I had to settle on some water bottles. At about 50-60 y I was able to get a pretty good grouping from a standing position. All in all I'm really happy with the scope, and the customer service at PA. I will definitely go back when I need to buy more goodies. The prices are awesome, the people are awesome, and as long as it's in stock I can have it in my hands right away.

More Kudos for PA:
Bought a new Microdot from PA. Took it to the range to sight it in and it worked perfectly. While putting the adjustment caps back on, noticed the o-rings were split. Sent a quick email to PA including my address. Within 3 days, I had the new o-rings in hand with no questions asked. Excellent service!! Thank you PA |

I'd like to thank you guys, once again, for awesome customer service! I contacted Marshall about ordering a railed top-cap for my PA Mount and one showed up in my mailbox a few days later.

Just wanted to drop a special thanks to Jason and Brett over at PA. Last week I stripped a nut on one of my PA scope mounts and these two guys emailed me back within minutes and had a replacement part out that same day.
I've bought several red dots and scopes from PA and recommend them to all my friends. Thanks for the great CS guys and keep up the good work. |

I just mounted and sighted in the M3 style red dot in a cantilever 30mm mount I bought for my sons AR15.. Very impressed.. I will be buying one for myself very soon..

Have bought several PA Micro Dot's and M4 red dot's and have had great experiences with the sights besides one M4. Marshall sent me replacement quick and I was up and running again. Always super fast shipping, and great customer service. Will be buying more during Black Friday sale.

You guys rock! I just got the 1-4 today. i called last week and the website said you were out of stock. I called the next day to check if you had any in stock...you called me a few hours later and said you had one more! I ordered it late Thursday and it arrived in my little hands Monday afternoon. You guys have to have a time machine...not only to ship across the country in record time, but to also take the time to call me twice during cyber monday week. You guys have phenomenal products and ridiculous prices AND you set the bar for customer support.

I read nothing but great things about PA after being told about them through a local motorcycle forum. I did my research and got an PA m4 red dot. Now I have a 3x compact scope. Thanks PA for the great costumer service.
Here's pics of the m4 mounted, and pics of the 3x compact mounted. I am going to be ordering a magpul moe grip, some more pmags, and possibly a bulldog case soon.

Bought a SF light and a bunch of other stuff 5 months ago. The hardly used light and its accessories had 2 separate issues, which didn't show themselves until just a week ago.
I shipped it to PA after a quick email exchange, 2 days later had a phone call and a refund. PA has gone above and beyond again! PA will Definitely continue to be my go-to place for AR accessories. |

Just wanted to say thanks to Marshall again for hooking me up with an awesome deal on some optics today (two magnifers). I've been such a happy customer I convinced (wasn't hard at all) both my daughter and her father in law to buy optics from Primary Arms. Now my son in law is getting a new red dot for his birthday next week and a magnifier for Christmas. Thanks again.
Btw, my daughter ordered the red dot this morning at 1100 EST and when I called this afternoon to add something to the order, it had already been shipped! Way fast! And it gave me the opportunity to buy something for me  |

It's nice to deal with a company that actually has a real, live CS Dept. as Primary Arms does.
I had a minor problem with one order (during the middle of the Christmas rush), and the PA staff took care of it in a very quick, professional manner. I will not hesitate to order from them again and have recommended them to my friends. James |

After the success I've had with my PA sight I talked a buddy into asking for one for Christmas. He got the Micro-Tactical green dot and today we took it too the range.

I think PA is the benchmark that all companies should strive to be like. I've had nothing but absolutely 100% great customer service from them. They even let me come up on Saturday when they were closed to pick up some parts. These guys are GREAT.
