We are testing the prototype Tape Switches for the Elzetta ZFL-M60 right now. We are admitedly a bit behind our original schedule but the end product should be worth the wait.
Thank you for your patience and for using Elzetta products! |

Our tape switch project is now in the Tooling phase which means we are getting closer to production.
Testing of the prototypes has been outstanding and we are very confident that this will be the best tape switch on the market. We are all very anxious to get the tooling completed and bring this product to market. Thank you for your continued patience! |

Just a thought... A switch with a length of 4"-6", non-coiled, would be my choice. I'm ready and waiting.

Our toolmaker has hit a snag which is delaying completion of the tool.
I will not bore you with the details but from a scheduling standpoint, this project has been very frustrating. The good news is that none of the delays are performance-related so the product will be fantastic once everything is finished. Thank you for your continued patience! |

Almost August... The end of summer in Maine. Elzetta has been on a lot of trips this year. The Great North Woods for a week, many rivers in the kayak, and all around the house for many jobs. Thanks guys for a great product.(ZFL-M60) How's the tape switch coming? Any info? I'm still O.K. with the wait...

Glad your Elzetta ZFL-M60 is serving you well!
Chips are flying as the molds for the new Elzetta Tape Switch are being made! It is a long process but we are finally making good progress. |

Nobody (Arfcommers in particular), like delays, but it's good to know you are taking your time and doing it right.
I'm glad to see you're not rushing into production, and sacrificing standards. If my prior experiences with Elzetta products are any indication, it will be worth the wait. |

We are so close we can taste it but we have not had good success in forecasting a release date so we will just have to say "soon".

Looking to get an elzetta light. Only thing stopping me is no tape switch. Looks like a Christmas time release is shot on that tape switch.
