I mentioned in the notes on my order that I was hoping to have everything by this Friday in anticipation of using it this weekend. They called me up, let me know that one item was delayed a few days (had been shipped from the factory, but had not shown up yet today) and even though I said II already ahd something that I could use as a 'hold over' until the product got in stock, they simply offered to upgrade me to another slightly more expensive product at no additional charge to guarantee I would have it all by Friday. Now THAT is ridiculously good customer service.

And now I have to amend my post even further...
Got my box of goodies today, Blackstone *really* went the extra mile to make sure I was prepared for my class and color coordinated to boot. They just gave me a call to make sure I got everything. I cannot stress enough how I feel guilty that I have gotten such good customer service! Blackstone has a customer for life as far as I am concerned, thanks guys! Sven |

Got the second package not 2 hours after i called to confirm it had shipped. It took me longer to mount the HSGI Tacos than it did to get the package, LOL!
