Charles had sent me an email recommending a belt for my ICE war belt I had purchased from him, so I replied yesterday on Christmas.
And I got a reply!! Plus he checked his stock and confirmed inventory of the belt I wanted. Needless to say, I ordered the belt plus one or two other items right away. All on Christmas day. Fantastic customer service and a big +1 recommendation to use his store. Thanks Charles, Greg |

Got my order in basically one day after my Christmas day order, fantastic customer service. Charles recommended a belt, the Specter Gear TOB which turns out to be perfect for the ICE battle belt, plus the Tactical Tailor pouches I got are really well made. If you need some good kit, check Charles out, he's the man!

I placed my order for an X-Harness on 1/26. Order shipped the same day and arrived on 1/28. It was well packaged, too, and shipped Priority Mail for free!
I agree with the poster above––Blackstone has become my go-to store for tac gear. |

+1 for BST. I ordered the High Speed Gear Bungee Rentention kit to mod my USGI 3 mag shingles to something like the tactical taylor ones. Shipping was fast and the ARFCOM / MIL/LE free shipping was awesome. BST is defenitely one of my go to companies from now on. I look forward to them getting more gear.

I ordered up a BFG belt and some mag pouches and I can say without a doubt that they are GTG. Not only did they call me to verify the order, but also made a couple of suggestions on belts to go with it. He wasn't pushy at all, just good advice. The shipment came two days later exactly as ordered.

Just placed my first order on Sunday and included a note about how I really needed the stuff by Thursday.
I got emails regarding shipping, etc. And then charles called me today to tell me it shipped priority and I should have it Wednesday...AWESOME customer service. I will be back...I foresee mucho dinero headed his way! Thanks again |

Charles has no equal in the business. His customer oriented approach is beyond anyone else I've dealt with. He took the time to personally call me about a $22 order and took care of it immediately. No one else has taken the care he has shown to make the customer happy.
