Look, any particular item can be had cheap at any random retailer's sale, you never know what you'll find.
On average though, there are a some places that ship MUCH faster, and have decent prices on most things on average.
PSA could do much better on their shipping if they tried, but they really don't seem to care at all.

PSA consistently has some of the best prices out there on a broad array of products. I know because I have accounts with Bill Hicks, Acusport, Amchar, Lipsey's, Davidson's, Big Rock, and many others. Those are wholesale accounts, so I have a pretty good idea of how cheap things can be. I also have a dealer account with Primary Arms. PSA often beats them all, or if they don't, they are within 5 percent of wholesale. PSA's cheap prices are direct to the every day consumer. If you want faster shipping, you're going to have to pay for it with higher prices on goods and/or shipping.
Again, in case you missed it. Fast, cheap, quality... pick two, you won't find all three anywhere.
Fast and cheap, you are going to sacrifice quality.
Fast and quality, it won't come cheap.
Quality and cheap, don't expect it to be fast.
I can tell you this. Larue had MBTs for sale for $99. Great price, right? Awesome quality, right? Supposedly available for immediate shipping. Two weeks after I ordered it, it still hadn't shipped. So, even though they promised immediate shipment, it wasn't fast by any definition of the word.
I ordered my SSA-E and Pmag combo last Monday. It will be here Tuesday I believe. Now it's not Primary Arms fast, but it's way faster than Larue was. The quality is clearly there, and the price was amazing, so while not fast, it's more than acceptable.
If you're not willing to wait, order elsewhere. It's what I did with Larue. The irony is I could have ordered it from PSA the same day Larue said immediate shipment, and I would have had it sooner from PSA even with their slow shipping.
